The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency explained it's alarmed with regard to the significant variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some significant quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to service the area each day. The company point created for intervention encounters a higher influx of SRD probable beneficiaries, that makes it hard for your office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more sources to permit the servicing of all shoppers and increase access to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
